How to order
STEP 1
Call T: 0191 4490063 or Visit our showroom at 27 Burn Road, Hartlepool, TS25 1PL.
STEP 2
Speak with a member of our team about your chosen design and inscription layout. At this stage you can also request a HOME VISIT which our team can arrange for you.
STEP 3
When you are completely happy and would like to go ahead, we will then confirm the price and ask for a 50% deposit, payable by debit or credit card or personal cheque if preferred.
Payment installments
First Installment
50% Deposit when memorial ordered as above.
Final Installment
Final balance payable on completion (ie. when memorial is in place, approximately 8 weeks after receipt of first installment).
